The bank SMS, beside the customer's receipt

This app is optional: without it you still review and approve receipts in your queue. Install it and your bank's deposit SMS reaches your account signed and sits beside that payment's receipt, so you can approve it at a glance. Automatic approval is a setting you may turn on.

Android

Receives bank SMS even when the app is closed and after the phone restarts, and queues them while there is no internet.

Start in test mode

After installing

Install and open the app
Install it on the phone whose SIM receives the destination card's bank SMS.
Pair it with your dashboard
In the dashboard open SMS phones, choose Pair a phone and scan the QR code with the app. Each code is valid for 10 minutes.
Allow what it needs
SMS is required. Notifications and running in the background tell you when the phone disconnects and keep uploads on time.
Send a test
Press Send test in the app. The test message shows on the phone's card in the dashboard and is never turned into a deposit.

iPhone

iPhones do not let any app read SMS. Instead, a Shortcuts automation hands each bank message to the Bezanbecard app.

The iPhone app has no public download link yet. Receipts and your team's review work without it; if you want bank SMS beside them meanwhile, use an Android phone.

1. Open Shortcuts
Open the Shortcuts app, go to the Automation tab and tap New Automation.
2. Choose your bank as the sender
Choose Message, tap Sender and pick your bank's number (add it to Contacts first if it is not there). Leave Message Contains empty, so Pol, Paya and Satna deposits that never say «واریز» are forwarded too. If your bank texts from a name you cannot pick, type a phrase only its deposit SMS contains, copied from a real one, and add the bank's sender under Bank senders in the app's settings. Choose Run Immediately, then Next.
3. Add the Bezanbecard action
Tap New Blank Automation, search for Bezanbecard and add Forward Bank Message. Set Message to the message content and Sender to the sender.
4. Finish and test
Tap Done and repeat for any other bank that texts this phone. Press Send test in the app to check the connection; your bank's next SMS checks the automation itself.

Only bank messages, signed

On Android, once you list your banks' senders in the dashboard, messages from anyone else are dropped on the phone.
Every request is signed with a secret the phone receives when it pairs, and that never leaves it.
Message texts are kept encrypted and wiped after 90 days.
Remove a phone from the dashboard at any time; it stops at once.
