Terms of use

Draft

The terms of using Bezanbecard: reconciliation and evidence software for card-to-card and bank-transfer payments, which never holds money.

These terms govern the relationship between you (the business that creates a Bezanbecard account) and Bezanbecard (bezanbecard.com). By creating an account or using the API, the plugins or the optional watcher app, you accept them.

1. What Bezanbecard does

Bezanbecard is reconciliation and evidence software for payments you receive offline. Your customers pay card to card or by bank transfer (Pol, Paya, Satna or a same-bank transfer) straight to your own card or IBAN account, then upload their bank receipt on the Bezanbecard checkout. Your own team reviews each receipt and approves it, in full or in part, or rejects it with a reason. Every step is kept as evidence, down to a printable evidence pack for each payment. The SMS watcher app is optional: if you install it, the bank SMS of your own cards and accounts are shown beside the receipts they match. Automatic approval is off unless you turn it on.

Bezanbecard never holds or moves money. Every payment goes straight from the customer's bank to your card or account. Bezanbecard is not a bank, a credit institution or a payment company; it opens no account in your name, settles no funds, and cannot return or stop a transfer.

2. Your account and team

  • Keep your account and business details accurate. You sign in with your mobile number and a password or one-time code, and you can turn on two-step sign-in.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account, your API keys and your paired phones. Change a secret key or password that may have leaked at once.
  • Each team member has a role (owner, admin, developer, support, viewer) and can do only what that role allows. The owner is responsible for the members they invite.

3. Cards, accounts and phones

  • Add only cards and accounts that you or your business are entitled to receive money on. The holder name is shown to customers on the checkout.
  • The watcher app is optional. If you install it, do so only on a phone that is yours or that you are allowed to use, and that receives the bank SMS of those cards and accounts.
  • Respecting the card-to-card and bank transfer limits and the rules of your bank is up to you.

4. Reviewing receipts

  • A receipt is the customer's statement that they paid until your team confirms the money in your bank account. Your team decides on every receipt: approve it, approve part of the amount, or reject it with a reason. Bezanbecard staff never review your receipts.
  • Before you approve, check that the money reached your card or account; Bezanbecard does not read your bank account. A receipt image can be edited or reused, so a duplicate warning is a help, not a guarantee.
  • If you install the watcher app, a bank SMS that matches a receipt is shown beside it. Whether the SMS reaches the SIM, whether the phone is on and online, and whether the message text is correct are outside Bezanbecard's control. If you turn automatic approval on, a matching SMS approves the receipt for you, and that choice is yours.
  • Before you deliver an order, check the payment's status in the dashboard, through the API or a signed webhook, not only from the customer's return to your site. Every approval, rejection, attached deposit and manual entry is your team's decision, and its correctness is yours.
  • Refunding an overpayment, or the money of a canceled payment, is your task; Bezanbecard records it and reminds you.

5. Your responsibilities toward customers

  • You are the seller: the purchase, delivery, refunds and customer support are between you and your customer.
  • If you ask customers for their name, mobile number or email, use them only for that order and as the law allows, and tell your customers.
  • The receipt files your customers upload may show their name and their card or account number. Use them only to review that payment and keep its records.
  • Do not use Bezanbecard for goods or services that may not be sold, to deceive customers, or to hide the origin of funds.

6. API, plugins and test mode

  • Test mode is for trying things out; no money moves in it. Do not mistake test data for live data.
  • Use the API within the published limits, and do not try to reach other businesses' data or disrupt the service.
  • The official plugins and libraries are provided as they are; try them in test mode before live use.

7. Plans and billing

  • The price of each plan and the fee for extra transactions are on the pricing page. Each period is invoiced when it ends, and nothing is deducted from your payments.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. If one is still unpaid 7 days after it was due, live payment creation pauses until it is paid, while the rest of the account keeps working.
  • Plan prices may change; a new price applies from the period after it is announced.

8. Restriction and closing

Bezanbecard may restrict or suspend an account that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk or leaves an invoice unpaid, and will tell you why. You may stop using the service at any time, remove your phones and revoke your keys.

9. Availability and liability

Bezanbecard works to keep the service available and correct, but outages, bank or carrier errors and delayed SMS can happen. Because Bezanbecard holds no money, it has no liability for the money itself or for the delivery of orders, and its liability is in any case limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the event, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we publish the new version here and announce important changes in the dashboard. Continuing to use the service after the announcement means you accept the new version.

11. Contact

For any question about these terms, open a ticket from the Support section of your dashboard. How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
