What counts as a transaction?

Every live payment that succeeds is one transaction. Test payments, and payments that expire or are canceled, do not count.

What happens if I sell more than my plan includes?

No payment is ever stopped. Each successful transaction beyond the allowance costs the flat fee shown on the plan.

Does Bezanbecard take a percentage of payments?

No. The money goes straight from the customer's account to your card or account, and we never hold or move it. You pay the plan price and the flat fee for extra transactions, nothing else.

When and how am I billed?

Each period is invoiced when it ends: the plan price plus the fees for extra transactions. The invoice is due within 7 days and you pay it through Bezanbecard's own checkout. If it is still unpaid 7 days after it was due, live payment creation pauses until it is paid, while everything else keeps working.

Can I change plans?

Any time, from the billing settings in your dashboard. Each plan is charged for the days you were on it. Canceling returns you to the entry plan at the end of the period.

Does test mode cost anything?

No. Test mode is free and unlimited on every plan, and the card, phone and payment link limits count in live mode only.

How is the team limit counted?

Your team is the same in test and live mode; active members plus invitations not yet accepted count toward the limit.
